Would like to see a default view for home page that is other than worklist or calendar. This isn't useful for managerial roles.

The home page should be configurable by the user, as it was in the Classic Experience. The worklist is not useful for all roles, particularly executive level roles that want to see more of a dashboard view. It now takes more than three clicks to get to dashboards.
