This is a by default feature in most of the tech tools across platforms. It is the right way to do work based on SDLC and would be great to have this implemented within Workfront. This would save a lot of time in us re-creating forms/reports that have 100s of fields.

I believe this is a great idea. I have come across many clients who would take advantage of this functionality for sure.

I have set up one of our request queues to accept issues based on incoming emails. However, it picks up a default Queue Topic (which is the last one used by anyone submitting an earlier issue). I would love to have more controls while setting up the request queue to be able to specify a Queue topic ...

This is so needed. We use more than 500 templates and only being able to see the first few characters of the template name is soo annoying and tedious. There has to be a better way to look at the templates windows when we are creating projects off issues. Please take this up!!

Not just for MS word, but all of office documents need to be previewed as well as this comes handy in reducing the number of clicks for the users.
