Would like to see this for both JobRoles and HomeGroups. For example, If we want to obsolete a job role, then existing records should retain all the history of old job roles, but when people assign tasks, they should only assign to the active job roles.

Another case of an enhancement needed to support multiple groups. If you grant User A from Group X ability to create/modify custom forms and fields they can see and modify custom forms and fields for other groups. We have no way of locking down the custom forms to just the ones in a particular group...
