I wish dashboards could look more like a colorful display of yummy facts. There are lots of apps/programs out there that do a better job of making facts look attractive. I'll include an example of what I'm talking about. Really just background colors and bolder fonts of categories would help tremen...

Exactly my view!

I am disappointed in the Project Subscribe. Please give us the ability to Subscribe to a project and receive notification when any task or issue is added, changed, deleted or commented on.

What if scenarios would be useful to have the ability to create.

Ability to export the milestones on the timeline into Visio would also be helpful.

Similar to MS Project, ability to make a task inactive but leave it in the project to retain the history of the project.It would remove dependencies and impact of that task so it no longer affects the schedule or resources.

It would also help if we can save approved custom forms as a pdf with approvals attached.

Ability to find and replace words or values in tasks. For example, if the project name is changed midstream, and it is used in multiple tasks, having the ability to find and replace in bulk those tasks would be useful.

Susan Pfeil, I'm looking for exactly the same thing! Having people enter names in as text will introduce too many errors and too many variants of the same name (take your name for example, it could be entered as "Susan", "Sue", "Sue P", "Sue Pfeil", or even "Susan File")
