When your task is ready to start, you get an email notification that all your predecessor tasks are completed.
However, the email title is the name of the predecessing task, NOT the task that you are assigned to work on.
There is currently no way to separate the time allocated to a task for the actual work vs. approvals.
If you add days to a task for approvals, the assignee only see the end date for a task, and assume that is when they need to complete the task by.
OR
Locking the Request once it's been converted to a Project, so that people cannot comment/change the request.
I often have people making comments on the request instead of the project, which I cannot transfer once I've converted.
Changing the order of your approver should be drag/drop the same way tasks do.
Currently, if you want to change the order, you have to manually do it by either replacing the existing names or deleting the stage leading up to where you want to make the change.
Or having a notification to Project managers that a person is on PTO, so they can have the option to assign it to someone else.
Right now, all it does it push out due dates for the assigned person.
