I agree. Maintaining 3 forms is a lot of overhead & creates more room for error. I'd like an option to allow us to link the forms if we choose to.

We have the same problem - since it is not carried over, we have to rely on a manual update on the conversion. Manual processes always have the risk of failure. We'd like the customer to come over also when request is converted to a task.

We experience the same problem. We have a Request process and from that Request we either convert the request/issue to a task or project. We need to be able to retain the 'requested by' in both Project & Task conversions.
