  • No I have not figured it out yet, will try this new solution posted and see if that works. I just got another request for this today. Not being able to delete Proofs that are hanging around in My Approvals is driving some people crazy.

  • It sounds like she'll have to enter that amount into a custom field that you create and attach to the request on a custom form.

  • Well then I don't have a clue. I would ask IT, if you have a smart IT. I would suggest that the login be considered – ie he is logged in when clicking from WF but maybe not when clicking from a Notification. Also, the sharing/owner status may be different? If it's just the laptop that's definitely a...

  • Is it a PDF proof or an HTML proof? The interactive proofs act differently and require all other sorts of hoop jumping to get them to open.

  • Side by side reviewing is a key reason our staff likes Proofing and are now rejecting PDFs being emailed. Unfortunately we have too many people and staff and no dedicated traffic person to keep up with all those extra tasks that would have to be created to track each round, and they can go on for so...

  • Hi I'd like to jump in on this topic because we have a couple issues with this too and I'm hoping for additional experience from people. Sometimes (ie "the exception") the PM creates the first proof when it is a revise of something old with changes to communicate to the designer, and in that case th...

  • Our copywriters are very happy to proof a PDF of the actual piece and to make comments and approve there – they have gotten used to that part and I think can't live without it. It's the actual copywriting and the drafts/proofs of the initial Word documents, marking tasks as done, and assigning staff...
