Yes, anybody can be a "Reviewer+Approver." You can set their default approving roles within Proof or you can change them each time you make a new proof as you add the person to the approvals within a single proof. You can also change their role after the fact by going into Proof Details.

We don't track work and the hurdle we have with tracking work is that because people don't have to log their time, they also don't close out their tasks in a timely manner so we never get a good read on how long things actually take. Would love to hear your PM's idea!
