Agreed. And it would be great if it were the same platform as their Helpdesk (or at least integrated), so when WF tells me the Issue I've reported is a Feature request, which they do OFTEN (even when it's an obvious bug) I can simply move it over without having to re-attach screen shots, etc.

Hi Brady, I'm guessing it can't be this easy, but can you just do a bulk Move of all the Tasks in one project and move them to the other? I verified in the Sandbox it does bring over the Updates etc.

Ah, Sorry I was using an Issue Report. We don't do Approvals on Documents (just tasks and issues) so I totally missed that you said Documents. Sorry about that. I'll keep looking though.
