that's exactly how I did it but it sent an email to the proof creator to allow access.The photos attached in backwards order but the bottom one shows our proof settings, middle shows the share this proof with someone link and top shows the email it sends the proof owner

we use folders all the time. We just trained them to click on Project folders to go back a level. I have a group of HUGE complainers and they have all adapted without issue.

It's happening to some of us too. Not on every project though. We have been able to get around it by hitting refresh on that page.

when making an update in a project or on a proof/document within a project there is the option to choose "Private to my company". Is there a way to set that as the default?
