Agree with Brandy.Currently, we are at 290 out of the 300 limit. We are
in a position where we have pushback on teams who want to track new
custom fields. If it can be increased without causing performance
degradation that would be great for our teams.Best,Christian
Great idea, Kirsten! We share a similar need to pre-design a business
case on a template, including the standard expenses, Resource Budgeting,
Scorecard and custom form, in addition to the goals feature. This would
be a value-add and time-saver for our PMs.
In our instance, a user is associated with their principal Company (i.e.
dentsu International) but we work with thousands of other Companies
(i.e. Clients).The current As-Is restriction 'View only companies &
groups they belong to' limits our ability to share companies to project
managers but at the same time restricts information related to their
groups; and vice versa. We propose splitting this restriction into two
options.view 'only groups they belong to'view 'Companies associated with
Users face UX challenges when they order their project WBS using another
column. When the plan is not sorted by #Order, the user is unable to 'add
more tasks' in-line or indent the project WBS structure. We would prefer
if this functionality remained to avoid user confusion.
We would like an option in the Report Settings to hide the 'export'
functionality. This offers extra data protection controls and saves
real-estate on dashboards where the export functionality will be seldom
used by the end-user.
At a project level, when a task or issue is assigned to multiple people,
it is difficult to see the overall impact of allocation changes on the
task/issue in the Workload Balancer. We want to add a function in the
Workload Balancer to group allocations by task/issue (see below). This
will reduce the back & forth between the task/issue page and the
Workload Balancer page at a project-level.
Layout Templates can be provisioned to 'Group(s) with Admin Access'.
This helps the Group Admins select only the Layout Templates they should
have access to when editing a user.We want to replicate the same setup
for 'Access Levels'.This will help us to control who has access to which
Access Level in the platform.
I completely agree.I have to review Proofs regularly and don't have time
to find the project or task or issue. It would be much better to include
a 'log time' button in a Proof.Workfront can index this time to a
project, task, issue or 'personal task' which will show up on the
timesheet. This would be a much easier experience for Proofers.Thank you
for raising, Tammie.
