Amen! I'm emailing with WF support right now because I thought I must be using it wrong, but no, after reading your comments, it's pretty worthless. Actuals don't tell enough of the story and work can't be planned based on them.

If you select a batch of images that don't share the same keywords and want to add more to this group, you have to manually delete each keyword before appending the new keyword(s). Need the option to clear out current keywords to eliminate this tedious and time consuming process.

Currently, if I select a batch of images in the Digital Asset Manager to append a tag they all share in common, I have to manually delete each tag that shows up in the editing window in order to avoid all those tags appending to each image.
