Our users typically have "Someone includes me in a directed update" checked, that is our default setting. "Someone comments on a thread I'm in" - I'll test adding this one as checked. Right now at least for me it is not checked. thanks! Sue Johnson RBC Wealth Management

Our experience is that you have to add all parties to the reply in order for them to get a notification of the update. Is that what you are experiencing - people don't add the parties so no notification goes to their email? We just keep reminding people to add everyone who they want to see the reply...
