Items are showing as "ready to start" in the new Home area, however the
requests (or issues) have not yet been fully approved via our approval
route. This is proving confusing and perhaps there needs to be a
different way to sort to differentiate between the item being assigned
vs approved to start work?
This has been a point of confusion for all of our users and one of the
most complained about issues my team has using the system. Right now
there are 3 dates that differ as I have users enter their requested due
date in the custom form, the commit date appears on the main request
page, and the planned completion date I can only shift after all
approvals are submitted.
