    If your requesters are not listed as part of your company, you can accomplish this. If they are, there is a way to get around this in the settings, but I think it hides all comments until you tag them. I agree, though, I wish there was an easier way to "hide" comments on demand.

    For example, if someone sets up a task as a "checklist" item that they use to remind them to create an equivalent request in a queue, you should be able to resolve an task from an issue, not just the other way around. Same could go for a project if the final step is to submit a request.

    Do you know if there is a way to modify this to show the actual selections? I was told that there wasn't really a way to report on a multi-selection dropdown, but we totally need it. Any thoughts? Jazmin Allen-Collins Analog Devices, Inc.

    Copy or move custom forms between any type of item so long as there is a custom form for that type. i.e. if you're moving a custom form from an issue to a task, there would need to be a task version as well. But, the ability to move them around like you can with documents would be massive.

    Across the system, but specifically in custom forms for emphasis. Actually, all the options in the text editor for these requests would be ideal. This would be especially helpful for the requester as well.

    I've been told this messes with the code, but this would be great for situations where we need to add plurals as an option. i.e. product(s) Semi-colons would just be an added bonus.

    CTRL + click multiple fields and give them all the same display logic or "required" checkbox.

    If we want a user to type no more than 250 characters, there should be a setting to stop their typing.
