I totally agree here. Our creative team often specs multiple files and they would like to be able to send an update that they are ready or share the folder to the project owner.

Agree 100% with this! I have tried everything and I am surprised this is not an option. Seems like a simple fix to add that in and our creatives would be so pleased!

When you create a calculated field (but you have already opened lots of projects, what is the best way to start that? I also of course don't know how to do a calculated field that only relates to new projects?
