I completely agree. The latest advertisement is for the mobile app, which we cannot use due to security concerns. All our users are now seeing this every-time they login.

Agree - We have 1/3 of our hours from last year using this year's rate. Didn't know about the billing record requirement in order to stop this. We should not need to create billing records to stop using the new rate on old data.
