The biggest complaint we hear from our Users is that the WF Update/Email system is poor by comparison to other similar tools (OutLook and Clarizen to name just two). Being able to add images and attach files would be a great step forward.

Agree with the comments above but this more often trips up PMs when viewing task lists, causing frustration when the refreshed screen scrolls back to the top!

The 'greyed' background is a practical idea as it should be a functionality that is easy to integrate in to the software

Agreed, we have multiple portfolios sharing the same or part resources

This is one option but I would rather that the default be for ALL tasks to be shown, and not have to remember the selector. Many new Users do not realise the '100' default exists, leading to frustration when tasks are not visible.

Agreed, clicking on DONE or setting the task to COMPLETE should both result in the updating the project and the My Work task lists

Improve the general functionality for editing the task list - 1. Show ALL tasks when the project is opened, not just the first 100 2. Return back to the task line after saving 'Edit Task', instead of the project heading. 3. Ability to leave blank task lines for editing later or creating visual break...

Agreed, the current tools are inadequate and severely restrict the power of WorkFront to manage portfolios and resources. We have raised the issue of the Flash player crashing in these tools, with no feasible solution being provided.

The recycle bin or 'Undo' function needs to be extended to all editing functions of the project task list.
