Our team is interested in creating a custom automated response that would be sent out for any successfully submitted requests through the request queues. This would give requestors an estimated turnaround time as well as contact info if they have any questions.
I think it would be helpful if there way a way to automatically enroll any new users in the new user experience, while still allowing to keep the option for existing users to remain in Workfront classic.Thank you
We would like to have the ability to convert a task to an issue. We have run into situations where we convert an issue to a task, but then have the need to convert back to issue. There is not currently an option to do this within Workfront.
