  • We haven't used PowerBI for any current reporting.   • Hi Mark, While not a notification, I use this dashboard, with some edits, (https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-discussions/released-system-admin-maintenance-dashboard/td-p/550997) on a monthly basis to keep track of items like projects/tasks that aren't being updated.

  • Hi James, Not with the built in filter fields. You could explore making some custom filters, though I'd advise against them if your environment tends to frequently add new programs.   • Hi Doug,   I was looking into implementing this on some of our reports, and the builder is throwing up errors on the Portfolio.Name and Program.Name areas. The closest I can get is PorfolioID and ProgramID, but that's not generally readable by our end users. Any thoughts?
