Can you guys reach out to support? It requires to be checked by our technical team. Proofing app (Desktop Viewer ) works as a browser so if you are able to pull the content in Firefox or Chrome you should be able to pull them also in the app.

Are you able to run the pages on an other browser on the same device you try to review the content on the Proofing app?

This requirement is a part of our new Workfront and Proof integration we've just started to build. I can't provide any ETA yet but this is known problem we are aware and plan to solve.

Hi your Additional Proof Details it is our Proofing custom forms. In the NWE it will be available from 20.3 release (mid August) You can test it now on Preview environment .

This feature will go on production with 20.3 release. Currently is available on Preview

Hi,We had to make some changes in the system so the fix will go on Preview environment first. This will happen later this week(most likely Friday). We need to make sure it works as you expect and we need to run some additional tests before we decide to release that on production.

My team is currently working on that problem. I should have more information soon.
