I would like to add some of the scorecard questions to a custom form so that when the request comes in and is converted to a project the scorecard can auto-populate the results based on the form data.

We have different use cases within our system that require us customize this setting at the project level instead of at the system level (how it is done currently). Can this be added to the project details?
