  • Our team had a similar issue where we wanted to track the time that was spent on recurring tasks without copying and pasting x number of times. You can create a recurring task (see the link below), but the system creates a sub-task for each occurrence and that was cluttering up our project plans. Ou...

  • Hi Patricia, I believe this is the text mode you need to group by Home Team name for the user who entered the project. Let me know if this helps! textmode=true group.0.linkedname=enteredBy group.0.namekeyargkey.0=enteredBy group.0.namekeyargkey.1=homeTeam group.0.namekeyargkey.2=name group.0.valuefo...

  • Hi Leah, I think this is the code you're looking for. This will group your notes by Parent Task and then Task Name. If the task doesn't have a true parent task, it looks like it's pulling the project name. There might be a solution that doesn't pull in cases like these, but I'm not too sure. group.0...

  • Hi Tori, Instead of using the Approval Process Report feature, I would create a Project report and then filter for projects with an Approval Path Start Date that is not null (or within the specific timeframe you're looking for). If you want to exclude projects that have already gone through and comp...

  • Our team is trying to figure out the best way to track the benefits of the project post-completion (i.e. now that the project is complete, were the end-users able to achieve the original goal?) Our current solution is to keep track of these goals by creating an individual task on the related pro...

  • Hey Jennifer, On the Calendars tab, you can toggle between Weeks/Months/Gantt by changing the View which is to the left of the calendar name. My default view is Months so maybe there is a way to change the default when a new calendar is created? You could also show a Gantt chart on a report by g...

  • Hi Srini, We recently created an hour report that shows year to date hours across multiple projects, but this is just for the Actual Hours. You can also pull in the Budgeted Hours and Planned Hours fields into this report, but these would reflect the entire project. Do you want to also filter the ...

  • Hi Doug, This is super helpful - thanks for posting! I was wondering if this text mode trick could also be applied to a column rule. In my report, I'm trying to bold the projects where actual hours is greater than planned hours. I was able to update the column rule to show the field relationship...

  • Our group is looking to send out email reminders to fill out timesheets on a weekly basis. We created a timesheet profile to create the timesheets on a weekly basis, but is there a way to send reminders to fill out the timesheets? Thanks, Amanda
