Our legal department requires all projects to be deleted after 10 years. There should be a global settings that gives you the option to automatically delete a project once it turns 10 years old.

When copying a project, you should have the option to clear the list of people the project is shared with. You get options to clear assignments, predecessors, custom data, etc. but no option to clear who the project is shared with.
