I agree although I would prefer to go one step further and sort by a custom order, not just alpha ascending or desecnding.

Would love this as well. Bulk editing results is not a good workaround since it sets all tasks or template tasks to the same name, such as PDF Design and PDF Review, both changed to PowerPoint Design. A find and replace function would let you change PDF Design and PDF Review to PowerPoint Design and...

Have you all tried to use the sharing/permissions functionality to grant manage access to the second PM and then have them set as sponsor? If you aren't already using that field it would work well as a workaround.
