We could use this for a variety of things, specially, we have been asked by out editors to have color/highlight so they can highlight the new text within a larger piece of writing.

This has been a big issue for our implantation as projects are falling off the track because teams are not being notified when its their turn to work on the project. We cannot assign an individual since the team works in a first available model.
