I agree! This fully embraces the advantage of the PROOF! This idea also inherently means that requesters should have the ability to add/generate proofs, not just workers and planners. I fully support giving requesters/reviewers/collaborators the ability to add proofs.

We're currently using the project's issues to submit these commercialization requests instead of tasks, but yes, that routes the request(s) to the appropriate person/team(s). You could use tasks with a custom form attached.
