I used the work velocity formula recently for a few of our key work processes. It's so great in theory, but our problem is data accuracy, that people aren't completing work when it's actually completed. But data inaccuracy thus strengthens the case for why we need to be using Workfront in the first ...
I agree and would like to have additional controls over issues, too! I put in related ideas in the Innovation Lab awhile ago: Idea: Greater control over request settings: lock issues, prevent conversion to tasks/projects (workfront.com)
Hi Rhonda - I put an idea in Innovation Lab that may cover this or be similar! Feel free to upvote or add a comment to the thread.Idea: Greater control over request settings: lock issues, prevent conversion to tasks/projects (workfront.com)
Understanding Groups vs. Teams was a challenge for me as a new system admin, and it was overwhelming because I realized that we had overengineered and were doing too much with Groups and Teams (often duplicating or using both interchangeably), so recently I did a cleanup and simplified how we're usi...

I agree! This fully embraces the advantage of the PROOF! This idea also inherently means that requesters should have the ability to add/generate proofs, not just workers and planners. I fully support giving requesters/reviewers/collaborators the ability to add proofs.
I don't have an answer but completely agree that requesters should have the ability to add/generate proofs! Who can and cannot generate proofs creates a lot of confusion for our users, too. I checked Innovation Lab and didn't see anything, but this is related: Idea: Proof Generation Prior to Request...
We're currently using the project's issues to submit these commercialization requests instead of tasks, but yes, that routes the request(s) to the appropriate person/team(s). You could use tasks with a custom form attached.
Hey Daniel, I'm curious what others have to say about campaign-style projects because we just launched a Campaign Project Template and process a few weeks ago, but would love to keep thinking of creative ways to run campaigns (and likely using automation, which we don't have Fusion so maybe others h...
