Hi Amy, before you will see it on your user profile/user settings, it has to be activated in the Setup -> Email -> Notifications page.

Also, make sure the admin turns that notification on in the Setup -> Email -> Notifications page.

Yes, it worked this way in classic as well. The good thing is, if they didn't have that dashboard on their layout template, at least it went to their default tab instead of having a 404 error. The only workaround is to make sure that dashboard is on every layout template.

I need to create a project view that has a column showing which tasks are listed in the "Task Default Custom Forms" section on the project. Is there a collection for that? I couldn't find anything in the API explorer.

The field for the thread grouping is Parent Note -> Note Text, but it doesn't group as expected. Try it out and see if that sparks any ideas.
