I found out it was because i had to many columns in my CSV file, all good know thanks

Hiim new to do audiences, but i need to import some data and make an audiences out of it. what i can read i need to do it with a workflow, but when i do that then it's vil be a file type and then i cant choose it for the email i need it for.  Can any one help me?
