Hi there, one way is to filter in the Input Form folder using the "data" contains "yourHopefullyUniqueString" as filter.In your case, I would search for the string "Complete or change the"  since it appears as a <static>  tag in the form.  

Hi,It's advisable to upload the image in Campaign in a File Resource folder and then pick the image in the delivery  from where you saved it. Then you can reuse it as many times you'd like. /Bogdan
