Adobe Mobile SDK has a different version i.e. Experience Platform has 1.x, 2.x, 3.x; and then we used to have Version 4 SDKs if you're looking for Version 4 or ACP ones here, then I'm afraid these are deprecated and archived. I only see migration guides for these.

I don't think this is possible at the moment to change the alert delivery to late evenings. This functionality is not yet supported in the product.

Do you mean you see a different value in Adobe provided dimension? If yes, then it could be that the value might not have copied correctly to your eVar.
