Need the ability to grab (as an example) ... task owners' attention with push alerts to their desktop OS that the user must "clear" from their desktop view... providing impending deadline reminders (same day), or alert/urgent come coming from admin or PM's. Happy to story board if not clear.

Yes, 100%. This is a paid solution with custom configured experiences. Instance client's should be able to configure and push their own content on the login/splash paid. I don't want to see an OUNCE of workfront advertising, unless we've elected to allow it.

Was this issue addressed in November 18.3 plans? This was last addressed in July. Please advise. thank you!
