@crich2784 from the bundle status it seems dependency org.osgi.service.jdbc bundle is missing. can you please try installing this bundle jar [1] along with mssql driver.  [1] https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.osgi/org.osgi.service.jdbc/1.0.0
