Do we have any option in AEP for decrypting the pgp encrypted files coming from sftp or any other source?

I am trying to send push notifications via ACS , for which we need to see the apps or properties created in launch in AEP SDK of ACS but the technical workflow which runs to sync the app in ACS is showing error (attached ss), no idea how to resolve this??
