I don't think there is a specific way not to collect the only Device and Browser Info as these are provided directly automatically by Adobe and it's not PII or custom user data which your organization wants collect extra from what adobe is providing.
I don't think there is a way to know which metrics, dimensions, and segments are used the most. But in the components in workspace project it will show 5 most recently used metrics, dimensions, and segments.
IE11 desktop web browser is disabled as of Feb 14th, 2023. In the later weeks IE is disabled and replaced with Edge in the later weeks. Maybe that is the reason you are seeing the drop-off in IE11 data, and it's strange that IE7 usage is increased. Are you getting any usage on Edge browser or not?

Maybe you are looking at the visitor level in the new previous page report. If you look the report by visit level, the data will match exactly with the old reports previous page report.
RESET: Resets any existing value in the eVar. Use this setting when repurposing an eVar so you do mix an old value into a new report. Resetting does not erase historical data.

I don't think we can append report date range to file name in workspace. I tried that before but no luck. Instead i just mentioned Monthly for scheduled monthly reports.
Did you tried creating a separate calculate metric for Total Sectors itself and a new one calculating percentage. This is just my thought. I don't know exactly what the calculation represents. Also, I have a question, why you multiplied WR FO Return with 2. Just give it a try by creating a calculate...
