Embed the OOTB component in your custom one by adding a placeholder like for tabs , accordion where you can drag and drop any other existing component .

There is no provision to add the maven command directly in cloud manager for CI/CD pipeline , they are pre-configured with standards . From Author that will be the only way , you need to append domain name to construct the full url.
