@Luca_Lattarini This issue is coming because in AEM 6.3 the saml bundle used to have exported packageswhere as in AEM 6.5 the exported packages are not there.I think for now you can import the missing/deprecated packages to make it work.

Hi,You need to check Physical architecture as well. For AEM you should have atleast 16 GB RAM and Intel Xeon or AMD Opteron CPU with atleast 4 cores.
