Hi there! I have a list of recipient that contains inactive recipients. This list is updated once every day through a targeting workflow. I would like to see the development of the amount of inactive users over time so I can see the impact of our re-engagement flows as well. I have not yet succeeded with creating a report on how this list develops over time. Does anyone have experience with a similar task or any pointers to how this can be achieved? Right now I am thinking to make a SOAP call to...

Thanks @akashaj7696! That is definitely helpful! I can't seem to figure out how to use that defined variable in an enrichment activity step? Any pointers to how to use that defined variable in steps further down the workflow?

HI There!I was wondering if it is possible to retrieve the delivery code of a deliveri in a workflow and assign it to a variable and afterwards update a table with the retrieved delivery code? I have this: What I am in doubt of is, how can I retrieve the deliveryCode of the incoming delivery and store it as a variable to use when updating a table later on that we are using for analysing purposes? Also, is it even possible to do in a smart way? Would the 2 JS scripts overwrite the variable value ...

Hi there! I have been puzzling a bit with how much it is possible to personalise emails. It seems that apparantly you can "only" use recipipient specific 1st level data to insert dynamic and personalised content. I was wondering if it is possible to somehow insert other data from tables that may contain more than 1 row per recipient. Use-case:I want to insert a voucher code into an email. There can be multiple vouchers related to the recipient but I want to sort decending on the most recent and ...

Hi @Jonathon_wodnicki! I was wondering if you could put a few more words into why it is sufficient to use PostEvent with external signal and not message center? I am looking into a similar abandoned cart scenario and it seems that simply doing a SOAP postEvent call can trigger a workflow just fine. Just wondering what the benefits then are of having message center licence?
