I know that link tracking is normal in Adobe Campaign Classic ... how can I accomplish the same in Adobe Campaign Standard? I can't seem to find anything similar in the documentation.

The Creative Cloud Libraries SDK is not accepting new integrations at this time, so I'm afraid that won't help. The Illustrator scripting community is a good place to ask, but you might also try the Creative Cloud Services forum.
