Please select the operator in the explorer tab  and goto Edit -> Edit XML source . Make sure authentication type is "ims"  <access authenticationType="ims" noConsoleCnx="false" sessionTimeout="0">

You will need to search the External Account with the Internal name "defaultEmailMid"

Once you drag and Drop the campaign the Program attribute should change automatically for the campaign
