I have another issue I can't get the report in 85 minutes this is not always occurred, why? are we have concurrent requests?

Hiwe try to build report in the adobe custom.we request data for one day with single segment, and 21 elements.we try to waiting 90 minutes and the report not ready.this is was work before one week.how max time we should to wait until the the report is ready?
