Completely agree with Andrew's suggestion about average time between two fall out touch points. I am getting that question all of the time. The data is there (hit timestamp), we just need the ability to utilize it.

Our team has to separate roles for security reasons. Because of that, we need an Approver Only role that cannot create or edit. That way one person couldn't create and approve an activity. This would be in addition to the regular Approver role.
