Hi @arunpatidar  Thanks for replying.checked  the browsed image after downloading. It also has the gray boarder which initially no gray boarder when it is in DAM.

Hi Team, I have experienced a gray boarder after browsed a .PNG images from the DAM. it is  not happening while browsing .png images. Any input highly appreciated.

Those features got editable only after installing 6.5.5.0 service pack.6.5.4.0 they were not ediatble and was unable to create a new one also.any suggestions where we need to find out in 6.5.4.0 service pack for getting enable those features ?
