We can close this now, seems like it was just a delay on one of the segments. Both segments have a count now.franciscor54562584​ I'm using the Realtime and the Total Segment Population numbers.

*It seems like Segment 2 has some counts now. Weird since both Segments were created around the same time but Segment 2 took >1 day later than Segment 1 to show counts.
