can we use REST API to send SMS in Campaign Standard?

Can't you trigger an API call from the landing page to trigger the event?

We starting having the same issues in staging environment. We keep getting CRL-290002 Download error in cURL, could not connect to server error.One thing I noticed in the logs, is the execution server listed is different from the execution server we have setup in the SFTP account.
