The new beta. I was using it yesterday to publish Win App without problem. But today it failed.

I was able to create a Windows App yesterday at the publishing portal. Today I tried to create another Windows App and it failed. The status is Failure. I edited the Windows App yesterday and resubmitted and it also failed. Has anyone been able to create a Windows App today?

I was able to create the Windows app from the Digital Publishing Solution portal and tested it locally on my Windows 8 tablet. The package however was not the appx file and could not be uploaded to Windows Store for submission. The old DPS App Builder creates appxupload from memory for Windows app. ...
