AEP SFTP data source - default directory - Adobe Experience Platform 20-01-2022

Hi, When setting up an SFTP data source and making a connection, AEP appears to connect only to the lowest level (/) directory. Is there a way I can instead have it go to the default directory? The problem I have is that a directory level between the lowest level and where I need to get to has a restricted permission setup that can't be altered and I can't navigate through to where my files live.At least, I don't know how to. Setting up Oracle Responsys as an SFTP data source - Adobe Experience Platform 17-01-2022

Hi, Has anyone successfully managed to setup their Oracle Responsys SFTP as a data source in AEP? I've managed to create a connection that works, but when on the "Select Data" screen, the folder structure that appears seems very foreign, and I can't seem to navigate through to the right directory where my extracts would be sitting. Any one who can provide some guidance would be greatly appreciated. CheersTaz.
