Hello @preet07  You can either just type the value by yourself like I did in the screenshot  or If you want to add this event to appear in dropdown then you will have to edit your schema and add that option manually.  

Hello @preet07  whenever someone creates an account on web you will have to trigger an event along with the profile creation step.  You segment should look at incremental events not profile attributes;
