It is not possible to change the "read more" text at this time. As part of the roadmap, we are evaluating several areas of customization including the ability to change/customize UI text.Kristy

Currently, you cannot delete or remove projects. The ability to hide projects ("archive") is on the roadmap. This will enable you to remove projects from view that may be duplicates, used for testing or no longer active.
