Thank you for you reply. I think, this is not part of additional data. why do we need to bring audience as additional data? they are available by in a delivery. it is just the dynamic content  which doesn't work

When i schedule reports for business or other parties as a attachment, sometimes this gets overlooked. I would think it would be really beneficial to highlight top few records in the body itself to grab attention.

i have the report scheduled with pdf attachment. I just felt it would have more impact if we can highlight the top results in the body itself. For example top items not found in site.

is there a way to send the top 5 values a dimension and the count in the email body rather than attachment for a scheduled report in analysis workspace. i think putting in the body gets more attention than in the body.Thank you.Regards,Suraj
